Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Marketing site analytics. High-level traffic data via privacy-first analytics (no cookies, no fingerprinting).
• Demo + waitlist forms. Name, work email, company, and optional context so we can reach you.
• Extension telemetry. Optional session sync if you enable cloud backup. Tool calls, artifacts, and provider costs stay local unless you opt in.

2. How we use data

We use form submissions to schedule demos or share early-access updates. Aggregated analytics tell us which content resonates. If you enable cloud sync, we store encrypted session data to deliver replays and shared skills.

3. Storage & retention

• Marketing + CRM. Hosted in the US on SOC 2 compliant infrastructure (Vercel + HubSpot/Segment equivalents).
• Extension sessions. Local-first in the Chrome side panel (IndexedDB). If cloud sync is toggled on, data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Retention. We purge inactive waitlist records after 18 months and honor deletion requests within 7 days.

4. Sharing

We don’t sell or rent data. Subprocessors (hosting, analytics, calendaring) only receive the minimum required to provide their service and are listed in our security briefing upon request.

5. Your rights

Email support@conductorgtm.com to access, update, or delete your data. We’ll verify ownership and respond within 72 hours.
