Terms of Service

1. Access & eligibility

You must be 18+ and able to form a contract. If you access Conductor on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. Acceptable use

• Don’t reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass security controls.
• Don’t misuse Conductor for spam, harassment, or violating someone else’s privacy or IP.
• You are responsible for API keys or CRM data you connect to Conductor.

3. Beta & early access

Early-access features (skills marketplace, model routing, session sync) are provided “as is.” We may modify or discontinue them without notice. Feedback helps us ship safely, and you grant us rights to use it for product improvements.

4. Fees

Self-serve tiers are billed monthly via the payment method you provide. Enterprise plans follow a separate order form. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or downgrades.

5. Intellectual property

Conductor retains all rights to the platform, extension, and brand assets. You own your content, skills, and data. Providing feedback does not transfer IP, but you grant us the rights needed to implement it.

6. Disclaimers & liability

Conductor is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability to fees paid in the prior 12 months. Conductor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You can stop using Conductor at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. Sections covering ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations survive termination.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in San Francisco County, California.
